FAQ

Lead times vary by product and material; for a pilot we provide realistic ranges during the intro call. We are actively reducing lead times with our production partners.

PRAGMA supports both made-to-order and small series. For pilot proposals we specify MOQ ranges per model.

Yes - we are building integrations (including ProfitPlus) so orders and inventory sync automatically.

Each product gets a DPP with details on material, origin and maker. The DPP can be shown online, on labels or via QR codes.

Costs depend on scope. We provide a clear cost breakdown and expected KPIs in the first offer.

We record production numbers, jobs created and material saved and, where possible, translate these to ESG metrics.
